Dealer Services Corporation Announces Headquarters in Carmel

Carmel continues to be a great place to live, work and raise a family.  Because of the high quality of life in Carmel, Dealer Services Corporation announced at a press conference held at Carmel City Hall last week that it has selected Carmel as the location for its global corporate headquarters.  Mickey Maurer, President of the Indiana Economic Development Commission and John Fuller, founder and CEO of Dealer Services Corporation were present to make the announcement.  Mayor Brainard gave the welcome speech and closing remarks.  Many representatives of the local media were in attendance including the Indianapolis Star, Fox Channel 59, ABC Channel 6 and NBC Channel 13.

Dealer Services is a new business focused on financial services for the automotive sales industry. The company works with automotive dealers throughout North America to finance the purchase of vehicles from manufacturers and wholesalers.

 

“The high quality of life in Carmel will certainly help our ability to attract and retain the best employees,” said John Fuller, the company’s founder and CEO. “Support provided by the city and state made it possible to begin our operations here. To meet customer demands, Dealer Services expects to create approximately 60 new Indiana jobs by 2010 and invest $7 million in the company. The company has located at Two Penn Mark Plaza in Carmel. Dealer Services Corp. initially leased 8,200 sq. ft., and the company plans to expand to 20,000 sq ft in the next several years.

The IEDC, in partnership with the City of Carmel and Hamilton County, worked together to provide an incentive package that helped secure this company.
