Beat the heat with these cool recipes!
With things heating up this time of year, ice cream and sherbert are welcome treats! So while Dad's grilling on the barbeque, cool him off with some home made sherbert or ice cream!
Orange Sherbert, at left, has only six ingredients, including Clabber Girl Cornstarch!
Top this Summer Vanilla Ice Cream with fruit, or serve it with cobblers and pie! If you prefer to make ice cream sandwiches, make sure to use soft cookies and freeze well. For ice cream cakes, freeze the prepared cake layers before filling with ice cream and then re-freeze, preferably overnight. Frost or drizzle with sundae toppings.
For more recipes using Clabber Girl Cornstarch, go to our Recipe Box and type the word cornstarch into the search engine!
